Jason Mraz Tweets Against 'Amendment One'
Staunch ally Jason Mraz tweeted against Amendment One last night:
"Yo North Carolina! On May 8th, Vote AGAINST Amendment 1. It's anti-gay, and takes away benfits from committed couples. Boo!"
Amendment One proponents immediately wrote him off as a has-been.
"Boo", with a stamp of the foot, is the perfect response to all the holies crying their dim little eyes out to God for the salvation of marriage from the forces of the devil. But it doesn't help much. We're going to lose here and there so some fun is the best we can hope for.
