  1. "Sofia's Mayor Yordanka Fandakova has the power to stop this protest from going ahead. Can you tell Sofia's Mayor to do everything in her power to protect Pride participants? We've only got 4 days until Pride - she needs to hear our voices now."

  5. Echo Park is still a very high crime place. Some things never change.

That attack is already being investigated as a hate crime (not possibly) as indications show a rainbow sticker on the bike of one of the men who was stabbed was what led to one of the thugs using slurs, which led to the attack. Also it's reported the attackers are gang members.

The good thing is there has been a positive response from Echo Park citizens and the LAPD, hopefully the three attackers are caught swiftly.

  6. If you had 3 currently sitting Republican Senators who have well announced ahead they are not attending their party's National Convention, the media would be apoplectic about how "toxic" that party's candidate was.
The double standard for Senators Manchin, McCaskill, and Tester is astounding. I am waiting for Jeanine Garafalo to be consistent and say 3 Democrats serving in the Senate now are refusing to attend simply and only because he is black.

  7. I really tried to like Happy Endings. It's just not good acting. And that girl who abbreviates everything? I can't even look at her on the screen.

  8. The prince's guest list also included Stephanie Beacham of Dynasty/The Colbys fame. Seriously, if he's NOT gay then I don't know what he is.

  9. There's a Japanese candy called Hi-Chew that's probably as close to Bonkers as you could get. It awakened and satisfies my desire for this candy. I'm glad to hear it's coming back.
