Mets rookie pitcher sensation Matt Harvey is the starting pitcher for the All Star Game at Citi Field today. Jimmy Fallon sent Harvey himself to the streets of New York to interview a few know-it-alls about their thoughts on the new pitcher and the results were hilarious.
