Madonna joined Miley Cyrus for an MTV Unplugged special airing tonight.

The duo performed a mash-up of "We Can't Stop" and "Don't Tell Me" and, if photos are any indication, did plenty of tongue-flashing.

Miley talks about the collaboration and how it came about, AFTER THE JUMP...

  1. I know Madonna likes to "re-invent" herself, but this Captain Hook look is unfortunate.

  4. Enought with the tongue already! It was cute the first couple times, now you are just being obnoxious.

  6. Gross. Both Madonna and Miley are gross. Madonna uses gay men to make money. Miley is ridiculous.

  7. Ugh...does she have to jump on every "hot" young pop star's tail? #madgeisdesperate

  8. MUST she keep feeding off the fame of this year's novelty act? Madonna really has become a kind of blood-sucking parasite. I expected better of her. She's pretty much damaging her legacy.

  9. Note to Jennifer Lawrence: if Madonna comes anywhere near you, girlie, RUN!!!

  10. Madonna has been in the industry for more than 30 years, so she is going to be a mentor for a lot of younger artists. Just because she is supporting those younger artists doesn't mean she is "leeching" off of them. Moreover, artists these days collaborate ALL THE TIME (did you SEE the Grammys??) Every other hit on the radio is one artist "featuring" another artist. Gaga and Aguilera, Beyoncé and Gaga. Rihanna and Shakaira, Pitbull and everybody else. Stop applying different standards to Madonna just because you don't like her.

  11. Oh, but just because the word "stop" is featured in both songs does not mean they are about the same things. 'Cuz they're not. Don't Tell Me is not an empowerment/party anthem. It is a love song about fighting to be with someone despite their lack of belief in love. Miley is not the sharpest tack... I don't like her (but appreciate her support of gay issues).
