Motorcycle-Riding Homophobe Has a Very Bad Day: VIDEO

SanFranMotorcycle

KRON-4 news' segment "People Behaving Badly," hosted by Stanley Roberts, found a perfect specimen in a motorcycle-riding jerk who blatantly disobeyed traffic laws.

Driving the wrong way down a one-way street near the entrance to the Golden Gate Bridge, the guy notices he is being filmed and proceeds to yell a string of insults and curse words at Roberts, eventually telling him, "Go f*** yourself!" Roberts replies that that might be difficult and the man screams back, "Get your boyfriend to do it for you."

In the end, police caught it all on tape and the perpetrator gets a ticket.

  1. Homophone? That hardly qualifies. I am really alarmed at the thin skin the community is showing these days.

  2. Lol- I meant homophobe, but that's pretty funny.

  6. See, this is what happens on a day when there's no gay news. We are presented with fake gay news.

  7. When people use your sexually as an insult, it's homophobic. But I do love replying with "You realize it's like say, 'Straighty, go have sex with a woman!' LOL.

  11. Not homophobic. In a hetero normative society trying to insult someone by assuming they are gay MAY be homophobic in the heartland. But in SF, c'mon. Not an insult.

  12. Yes, I'm pretty sure that guy thought "you know, this isn't exactly a hetero normative society since I'm in San Francisco, therefore this is not an insult."

Clearly this guy wasn't a complete idiot and homophobic. Yes, it might be minor, but homophobia - like racism - is just as bad in its subtleties.

  14. I love it. "Get your boyfriend to do it for you." Not the least bit homophobic. Just telling it like it is.

SF's pretty cool all the way around, from James Deanesque riders to local tv news, it's all good.

  15. Hilarious, even the straight guys sound gay in SF. (and a little whiny)

  16. I kind of sympathize with his point of view. But the takeaway here is not to take off your helmet and walk up to a news person like that who is invading your privacy. Instead, catch their attention with a high-powered rifle that has a scope, from a safe distance. Safer AND more effective.

  17. @Andrew : I don't think it was homophobic because he first simply told the guy with the camera to f___ himself. When told that it would be difficult, it seems he had to come up with something, and "get your girlfriend to do it for you" doesn't work as a one-liner (too many details involving "sex toys" to fill in). Rather, he was just being a garden-variety jerk.

  18. Escopeta: You're a complete moron. First, there is no right of privacy when out in public, because he had no reasonable expectation of privacy. That's a legal term of art, but you're too dumb to know that, so it's probably excusable.

Also, the idea that in exchange for being LEGALLY filmed while breaking the law should result in the cameraman getting shot demonstrates that you're a fuckwit on top of having no idea about privacy laws.

    Fantastic.

  19. Not a Homophobe but stupid! If he was riding his bike with no insurance AND a suspended license besides going the wrong way he should have kept lying low (pun intended) but the moron got caught with his ranting and paid the price so that was in all respects great.......MAYBE he learned his lesson....Probably not........Definitely wins the idiot award!

  20. It's entirely possible he made a wrong turn and the temptation to go the wrong way was too much. Otherwise, not a smart overreaction. Had he been on a bicycle, which is not much smaller, there would have been nothing to see here. And yes, bicycles are supposed to go with the flow of traffic.

  21. He got what he deserved for breaking the law...driving against traffic, no insurance, suspended license...

Whether he used anti-LGBT slurs...whatever...I'm not that thin skinned...he broke the law...so now we must rejoice in the fact that one fewer mormon is using our roads!
