The 33rd street building that once housed Andy Warhol’s factory will become a 22-story luxury loft condominium, reports real estate blog Triple Mint. Flipped several times since his death in ’87, the building has never been used successfully. The Factory was located at 19 E. 32nd and 22 E. 33rd, Between Park and Madison. It became a meeting place for artists, celebrities, musicians, and hangers-on.
