A New York couple yesterday released graphic footage they shot from the 36th floor of their apartment building, 500 yards from the World Trade Center's north tower. I was floored by this, particularly because it's not the analysis of newspeople that many of us heard, but a family watching the horrific drama unfold before their very eyes. Incredibly powerful.
UPDATE: It appears the footage has either been removed due to heavy traffic or for other reasons. In any case, I'll leave the link up in case it returns or I discover an updated one.
