Noble is the former executive director of the National Stonewall Democrats and most recently director of public policy and government affairs at the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force. Noble talked to Towleroad's Corey Johnson about mobilizing the LGBT vote, as well as the stark contrast between Obama and McCain's record on LGBT issues.
