Glenn Greenwald and Lawrence O'Donnell talked about past administrations who have refused to defend measures they believed to be unconstitutional, John Boehner's reaction, and the political strategizing behind the DOMA news.
Says Greenwald: "I think you're going to see a lot more inflammatory rhetoric coming from the right wing of the Republican party over this issue. That's why I think there is political risk involved."
Also questioned is whether Obama is ready to come out for marriage equality, and if he will.
