Andrea Jones was arrested in the parking lot of the the Morristown, Tennessee DMV after removing her shirt in protest after the agency refused to change the gender on her driver's license from ‘male' to ‘female'. NEver mind that the change had already been made by the Social Security office.
“It's not right for the state to ask me to be both male and female. A choice needs to be made. They cannot hold me to both standards,” Jones said.
