Marissa Powell, Miss Utah, was asked about the income disparity between men and women at the Miss USA pageant last night and instead of answering the question properly she created a viral video the likes of which hasn't been seen since Miss Teen South Carolina Caitlin Upton in 2007. Congratulations.
