The Maytag Man is showing his true colors. In a new advert shared by the famed handyman on Twitter, the Maytag Man holds a rainbow-colored layer cake with a caption that reads, "Proud to be in any home. Happy #Pride Month." The ad is no doubt an allusion to the many bakeries that have refused gay couples (and at least one prom-bound couple) sugary confections for their celebrations.
"Equality and cake for all," indeed.
