Australian Olympian Ian Thorpe and his boyfriend Ryan Channing are urging their fellow Aussies to vote in the upcoming postal plebiscite for marriage equality, demonstrating how easy it is for people to register with the Australian Electoral Commission (which must be done by August 24).
The Thorpedo figures you can register faster than Channing can swim 100 meters.
Says Channing: “Every Australian should have the right to take the plunge with the person they love.”
