The Hanover Township Board of Education voted Tuesday to repeal a controversial policy that would have outed LGBTQ students to their parents and instead replaced it with a new, revised version. The revised policy is meant to address concerns of discrimination raised in a lawsuit filed against the board of education by the New Jersey Attorney General.
