Chinese artist Cai Guoqiang is turning fireworks into an art form with his Sky Ladder, an incredible pyrotechnic ladder that can stretch nearly a third of a mile into the sky.
Not exactly sure how he does these incredible fireworks displays, but my guess is some form of concentrated Disney magic.
