A Momentary Distraction
I'm sorry, but this freeze-frame of devil-spawn Ann Coulter ducking and weaving to avoid being hit by cream pies is perhaps the most hilarious and selfishly gratifying thing I've seen all week. Reportedly her broom and pointed hat did not require dry cleaning. Meanwhile, the assailants with the really bad aim have rightfully been arrested. The video.

I don't know the answer to that question. I did, however, say that the assailants were RIGHTFULLY arrested. Nobody should have to fear assault for speaking their point of view. That said, I still find the photo hilarious.

Hey, I disagree that the assailants were rightfully arrested...unless you mean they were actually arrested for having bad aim. They should have been brought bigger pies. Nic,big liberal Boston Creme Pies.

Rightfully been arrested? I think not. If you spread vicious lies and gossip like this bitch has done for the last four years, you ought to expect to be shut up one way or the other. Too bad the guy had such a lousy aim.

Ann is quick on her feet in many ways. She's also beautiful and hysterically funny. You don't have to agree with someone's politics to find them an interesting person.
Regarding the pending charges against the pie throwers, she says:
"The need for a prosecutor to call me as a witness still seems completely absurd in light of the in-living-color videotape of the entire assault, vividly showing each element of the crime. But if called by the prosecutor, I would attend the trial with relish. I can't wait to see if the defendants will try the novel "guy who throws like a girl" defense.

True, a conservative would not throw a pie. They instead would blow up buildings like McVey and Eric Rudolph did, or kill a gay man and leave him tied up to a fence in Wyoming.
