  2. I had the pleasure of becoming friends with Adam Bock when he premiered his play "Shaker Chair" at Actors Theatre of Louisville (Kentucky) during the Humana Festival of New American Plays. He is a great person and I hope we can premiere another of his plays. If this play is anything like "Shaker Chair" everyone should go see it!

  5. Since 'Swimming in the Shallows' is set in Rhode Island, I should point out that while we Rhode Islanders are guilty of dropping our "r"'s ("What's the mattuh?"), pronouncing 'Bob' as 'Bawb' is strictly Massachusetts-speak, never heard in RI unless we're making fun of Massholes.

    Apart from that, the play sounds wicked cute.

  6. hey andy... i managed to score tickets to go see swimming in the shallows before it finished (today!) and it was awesome! if i didn't read about it here i wouldn't have known about it. thanks for the info. towleroad is incredible. thanks again.
