Spawn of Hedwig by Spawn of the 60's
John Cameron Mitchell's Hedwig and the Angry Inch has been revived at the Roxy Theater in L.A. and appears to be getting great reviews. Interesting to note is that the revival features Donovan Leitch, son of 60's folk pop singer Donovan, and Bijou Phillips, daughter of Mama's and Papa's singer John Phillips. The L.A. Times calls Leitch's performance a "tour de force" and says Bijou's "energies are on the money."
