Bush Ends Vietnam Trip with Harry Potter Pageant
Late last week, using the site of America's last failed war as a backdrop, George Bush referred to the war in Iraq adopting Henry Kissinger's well-known posture about the U.S. war with Vietnam, saying "We’ll succeed unless we quit."
Unfortunately, Kissinger declared an Iraq military victory impossible in an interview on Sunday, thus inspiring Bush to persuade world leaders to dress up as wizards in hopes that a spell might magically turn things around.
Actually, the dress-up day is a tradition for the APEC summit, where world leaders don traditional garb from the host country, in this case the ao dai, normally reserved for wedding dresses and schoolgirl uniforms.
Still, our dear leader appears a bit flummoxed by the pageant choreography. Of course, "playing well with others" has never been one of Mr. Bush's strong points.

Well this just made my day! Thanks Andy, for posting it, and thanks to Dubya for playing dress-up while our soldiers are being slaughtered in Iraq. What a huge idiot! And the Harry Potter analogy is priceless!

He's probably more embarassed about being seen in a "dress" then he is about any of the crimes he has committed during his reign.

I see that the other members of Culture Club have replaced Boy George with Idiot George as their new lead singer for their reunion tour. They stipulated that the new singer only wear clothing from the original Boy's closet.

saw another photo of a swish hand, as if the experience with the foreign garb was lacking -- as all that foreign experience during his military service and family overseas jaunts didn't fill him in.
yet, the colors are certainly more vibrant than what passes as cruise ship gear.

I too have noticed a slight change in style going on at Towleroad. Subtle, yet fruity with hints of barb that leave you begging for more. Nice job!
