Newsweek Nods to Towleroad
Towleroad got a nice mention in Newsweek's new "Things You Need to Know Now" issue, joining a few friends of ours in the "It" blogs section. Thanks, Newsweek.
We're extremely grateful for our two million "not bad" pageviews a month, and we couldn't do it without you - our "it" readers.
Please keep the tips coming in - you've been sending in some excellent stuff lately. And thanks also for your patience these last couple of weeks as we've been readjusting parts of our design. I hope the summer is off to a great start for everyone.

This is seriously one of the best blogs I read. If not the very best. I come back every hour, sometimes every half hour every weekday and am always surprised and engaged with the variety of content, formats and unique tone that this "blog with homosexual tendencies" consistently provides. "It" indeed.

Along with the BBC site, Towleroad is the site I read most. I respect your right to weekends off, but I look forward to Monday when it's back on. I feel like a far more informed gay man than I was before I knew Towleroad existed.

Andy-
Adore your site! Just read an interview with you in one of our local gay mags, Outcome. I wanted to put out a question to you or anyone who hits the site and enjoys p-town; I have heard of the comedy group The NellyOlsens for some time. I understand they are playing in p-town this Summer but can't seem to find any info. I'm going for a week starting Aug 18th and am trying to put a little entertainment guide together. Any info people have would be fantastic!

Just recently "discovered" Towleroad. It's a great *one-stop shop* for gay-related news. I especially like that- as opposed to some "news" sites- you offer reader feedback. You're doing a great job!

You are pretty much it as my source for gay news, so keep up the good work....not that I am applying pressure to you for just my benefit...I know you have other readers...I know they are as important as me...well, almost as important...although I do read you religiously...well, not religiously exactly, but frequently...hummmm, more than frequently, more like hourly...actually more like half hourly.
