Tom Cruise Wants a Piece of David Beckham
After taking him in at the final Spanish League football match in Spain recently, Tom Cruise decided he had to have a piece of it, and has reportedly made a $79.6 million bid to back the L.A. Galaxy.
Said a source: "To have Tom's backing would be amazing - there's no way Galaxy bosses would turn down that opportunity."
Is this a joke? If not, I think it may be the most expensive case of stalking we've ever seen.

Oh, please. I am so sick of Tom Cruise. I wish that he and his Stepford wife and their waif would drop off the face of the planet. How long do you think that Becks is willing to put up with Cruise cruising him?

I suspect it has more to do with recruiting Becks into Scientology than in getting into his pants (not that Tom wouldn't like that too).

I agree with Timothy. I believe Tom and Travolta are out to recruit as many young Hollywood types to their cult that they can. That way they can try to influence the youth of America and the world with their crazy ideology.
