I actually saw a shuttle launch from a plane in 2001. It was even more spectacular that this and one of my best memories. (I think I had a better angle.)

For space nerds, that video is like a dream come true. ST:TNG got me through junior high, won't deny it. Oh and I went to a convention. And I bought stuff. So yeah, I loved the video.

This opens a niche market for the tourism industry. I would book a seat on the flight that is timed to see the shuttle take off. Higher prices for seats in front of the wing, of course. And they can simply haul luggage on the off side of the plane.
