Joe Francis Wants to Rescue Lindsay Lohan from Evil Lesbian Clutches
Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis would like Lindsay Lohan to take the Anne Heche exit as soon as possible. Says Francis to Tyra Banks:
"I care about Lindsay … she’s not gay. She’s being controlled by this like, who I think is a wretched woman, this Samantha Ronson. I just had this whole conflict with Samantha Ronson the other day, where she’s very jealous. … Samantha tried to start a fight with me. I just care about her because she’s sweet. I care about her family, her family cares about her a lot. And Michael and Dina, it’s just taking her down a path that’s just wrong for her."
Which begs the question, did Joe Francis choose to be a womanizing bigot douchebag, or was he born that way?

So let me get this straight, he thought Lindsay was better off when she was an alcoholic cokehead getting in random car accidents and going to rehab ever few months. Wheras now she is sober, in a relationship, and hasn't been in an accident. I would say that perhaps Mr. Francis's views on what constitutes a good relationship might be a bit suspect.

Perhaps he would have just a little bit more moral authority on the subject if he weren't a pornographer, convicted child pornographer, indicted for tax evasion, a drug addict, gambling welcher... am I missing anything?

Obviously the "right path" would include the exploitation of young drunk women on spring break and hanging out with one of the world's biggest douchebags (with apologies to actual douchebags everywhere.) Joe Francis is a hair's breadth away from being a child molester and he's spouting about morality? Welcome to the US where the show never ends.

I think Joe Francis is a sleaze, but I also don't think that Lindsay is a lesbian. I think she's been through a lot and is finding comfort and solace in a woman who clearly treats her as if she hung the moon.
I do think she will pull a Heche though and be back to men soon enough. She had too much of a thirst for dick for it not to be genuine.

I think it goes without saying that whatever advice Joe Francis gives, everybody is better off doing the exact opposite. If temporary lesbianism is what it takes to stop being a raging beyotch and a cokehead, then so be it.

I know Joe Francis personally and I can assure you 100% that he is not a "bigot" nor is he anti-gay. He and Sam have never gotten along which is par for the course for Sam - she doesn't get along with a lot of people because she's basically an unpleasant and controlling person. I don't know if Lohan is gay or not but it's wrong to cast aspersions on Joe's views when he's about the farthest thing from anti-gay as a straight guy can get.
