Rachel Maddow Talks to NYC Subway Hero Chad Lindsey
Rachel Maddow talked last night to NYC subway hero Chad Lindsey, who I posted about in my news round-up yesterday. Lindsey saved a man who had fallen on the C Train subway tracks at Penn Station. Maddow talked to Lindsey about the experience. Here's the NYT write-up as well.

i saw this interview last night. what a humble guy. what a handsome guy, too! if he'd like to spend a weekend in Connecticut some time, i feel faint! : ) but seriously, this is a great guy, with a great sense of humanity.
i think Maddow's show is one of the best cable news shows out there, too.

Chad has a small but very funny role as Dr. Perfect in Girls Will Be Girls, one of the funniest and campiest movies ever. How nice to find out he's a genuinely sweet, down-to-earth guy. Let's hope this gives his career a deserved boost.

Geez, some of you guys can't help but turn a great story about a heroic gay guy into a desperate admission of how horny and dick obsessed you are. Kudos to the guys who had nice things to say about his ACCOMPLISHMENTS. And to the guys who can't get over how "hott" he is or how much he is "going to get laid", or offering to host him for the "weekend in Connecticut"--WTF?
It makes it seem like if he was just average looking, or(shudder!)unattractive,
he wouldn't be worthy of the attention.
It's one thing to drool over the post and pics of some Brazilian Model, but must you reduce every good looking guy to a sex object, even when the story is about so much more?
I am sure I will get KILLED for saying this.
