HAIR is one of the best musicals ever.

A.T.
You are lucky to have Kevin Sessums on your team. I love his writing & his point of view. His book- Mississippi Sissy remains a favorite of mine.
I love HAIR & can't wait to see this production. I did a bit about it on my poor excuse of a blog.
Happy Friday!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Fantastic! I felt chills running up and down my spine!

I've seen the Ed Sullivan clip from 1969 (where many button-up folk look shocked and scared as the hippies crawled over them); this was GREAT televsion last night!

That was incredible.

Thanks for the clip. If I was in New York I would love to see "Hair". One of my favorites.

I hate to sound like a dick, but all the flailing of arms and over-the-top smiling kind of makes me want to puke.
The music, however, is amazing as always.

I totally have a crush on Gavin Creel! I really need to get to NYC to see this show (and 9 to 5!)

I saw the show last week - it is one of the most joyous evenings I have ever spent in a theatre (and I've spent many joyous nigts in a theatre, both on stage and in the audience). An amazing cast and Rado & Ragni's music still holds up after almost 40 years. Great stuff. If you are in NYC, see this show!

That is amazing. I very much wish that I was in NY (or anywhere near it), so I could see it on stage.
