OK, I'm a glutton for punishment and I clicked through and read the whole story. I don't read cyrillic, but the name of this delicacy DOES appear to have the term "cocksucker" in it.
As for me, too much like cannibalism, no?

The transliteration is "Volosataya Sosiska" or literally "hairy sausage".
