Listen: Kylie Minogue Offers Tease of New Album

Kylie Minogue offered fans a preview of her eleventh studio album last night, called Aphrodite and scheduled for release on July 5.

Kylie Said Minogue of the preview: "The single was one of the last tracks to be written for the album. As I was recording it I knew that 'All The Lovers' had to be the first single; it sums up the euphoria of the album perfectly. It gives me goose-bumps, so I’m really excited to hear what everyone thinks of it."

Stuart Price produced the album, which features songs written by Kylie, Price, Calvin Harris, Jake Shears, Nerina Pallot and Keanes Tim Rice-Oxley.

  4. Shes always been gay disco, but recently shes been way TOO gay disco for my taste. I think shes crossed the line from lovable camp to cheap acid queen. Hopefully this is better, but im not impressed with the instrumental.

  5. Oh it's nice to see the bitchy queens are attacking Kylie instead of Madonna this morning!

  6. what's with that mosquito sound? it's awful. I hope it's just a mask to hide the real music; it sounds promising.

    I love Kylie.

  8. Sounds good!

Hopefully she doesn't lower herself to bashing other artists to get herself some publicity for this.

  9. I don't ever recall Kylie bashing anyone, so I don't know why she would start now.

  11. I think it sounds great and is very much Kylie's style. If the whole CD is along those lines, I'm ecstatic. There's certainly a need and desire for dance/pop music. Anyone who doesn't like it probably never liked Kylie to begin with. Their comments would be the equivalent to me commenting on Eminen's music.

  12. @Marc - Right?! Damn, everytime a pop queen like Kylie or Madonna are mentioned on this site it's like the bitter express just arrived. Ugh.
