Sen. Addabbo represents Howard Beach, a community with a long, sad history of homophobia and bigotry. That being said, Addabbo should have thought twice when accepting campaign money from the LGBT community, in a district so dead-set against us…

the queens LGBT community should identify someone to run against booboo in the primary and put in the same effort to defeat booboo as they did to elect him. here is clear case they the dems have caused more harm than good and need to go.he should never see another dollar from the LGBT voters.

    Louder. Bolder. Ruder.

We won’t get equal until we raise our voices and irritate most of our fellow citizens. We need to express our anger and intimidate others. Even Obama is now frightened because Dan Choi risked his life to end DADT.

We should interrupt every political event and DEMAND attention. We should make life uncomfortable for everyone that disagrees with us. DEMANDING is the only thing that works.

Thank you QueerRising and GetEQUAL for showing us the path to victory.

$.5 million bucks for this lowlife? And talk about a guido! They just need some sinatra playing in the background to complete the look. And love the nod to “the wife,” as he probably refers to her…”she’s got the hardest job”…fucking douchebag.

Riveting political theater. Sen. Addabbo has written his own political obituary; if he votes like a Republican, progressives have no reason to vote for him. Queer Rising and its representatives are wonderful. Thanks, folks!

This was a Queer Rising action, and while many QR members participate regularly in GetEqual actions, GE had nothing to do with this event. We voted to make this an official QR event, and all funds used to execute this embarrassment were ours alone.

    Donate here: http://queerrising.org/QR/donate.html

Thanks, all, for your kind words. We need to step up and get this done!
