  2. Miss Sarah and Mr. Sarah have been playin' hard ball and have been keepin' Levi from seeing his son by Bristol. Who knows what it's all about. I'll keep the "Playgirl", at least for awhile. I wonder how Kathy's taking all this.

  4. Re: Levi

Let's see, Sarah Palin former governor controls access to Levi's son, Levi's mother is in prison; Levi has to pay child support, and support himself; Levi is a high school dropout who had to give up the job Sarah got him because the press exposed the fact that Levi had been given an apprenticeship that required a high school diploma.

    What a jerk for apologizing?

I hope no one ever has a lot of power over you.

  5. To the apologists out there,

What you're basically saying is that we should bow down to "people of power" like the Palins?

    Cowards

  6. I think the best thing for Levi to do is to kow tow to Sarah Palin.

  7. @GYEONG HWA PAK:

If you're such a hero, why don't you call up Levi, offer him a job or maybe even some cash so he can sure for custody and then go on to to bad-mouth people you happen not to like?

  8. Ben Browder is a total hottie!

Poor Lindsay. She is a hot mess. I blame her parents. How could you NOT be a mess with parents like those? I hope jail time straightens her out, but I doubt it will. Look at Paris. She swore it made her a different person, but she's no different. People don't change. I wish Lindsay well though. I like her.

  10. Why should Playgirl want their money back? Supposedly they were giving the money to Levi because he was hot.

Oh, but wait, he really wasn't! Gee, could Playgirl have been giving money to him, like Vanity Fair was, because they wanted him to say bad things about the Palins and they knew it would take cash bribes to make that happen?

Sorry, guys. If you wanted him to keep trashing the Palins, you should have kept paying him the bribes to say what you wanted him to say.

Not that any of you really cared about Levi as you shed those crocodile tears for him, but it's probably best for him and his son that he get along with the family of the girl he impregnated. A life in Alaska with that family may be better for him than a life as a washed-up, talentless, doughy nude model in LA.

  11. I think Playgirl was giving him the money just to catch his brief wave of popularity; they didn't care about the politics (unlike Vanity Fair, which surely helped him write his article at a minimum--the guy still is not even a high school graduate, I believe, and seems to have difficulty reading).

But, if I understand the Towle position, Levi was only sexy hot when he trashed the Palins; now that he's retracted he's not hot anymore. So hotness is simply a political construct. That must explain the whole Michelle Obama craze from last year, as well as the fuss over Bill Clinton back in the 1990s (and the claim that Barack Obama is really ripped).

Personally, I didn't find Levi hot when he was dissing the Palins and I don't find him hot now. But then I never had that whole rough street trade fantasy and I don't judge hotness by political affiliation.

Cheer up, though: the worst thing that can happen to the Palins re: Levi is to have this shiftless, dumbo loser as a permanent hanger-on. If they want him, let them have him.

  12. Maybe there's more to Levi's "apology" than regret. Sara Palin is rich, rich, rich. Levi once indicated he had much more to tell/sell. Is it possible that the Palins bought his silence? I think so, given their totally unethical stances.... I feel sorry for Levi, used by the Palins when they needed him during the campaign. He's still a kid, a very good looking kid, too. So he can still carve out a good future for himself.
