As Commander in Chief, President Obama on day one could have suspended discharges based on DADT. His approval ratings at that point were through the roof even with Republicans, but our "Fierce Advocate" chose not to do so. Now his Justice Department is defending DADT tooth and nail.
Good for the Log Cabin Republicans for bringing this suit. Yet again, the HRC crowd is MIA.
