Love Ricky but that is bad, bad, bad. It sounds just like a sitcom theme song. Even the title sounds like a Sitcom.

Very Mello and Chill. Not really what people will expect. I like it. It's one of those songs that will grow on me. I can see Ricky and Joss Chillin' on a beach singing a long. Lol.

Not really liking it at all. Maybe it'll grow on me...

I agree with Grant. That's exactly what it sounds like, a theme song for a sitcom from the 80s. It's cute with a hook and melody that will get stuck in your head and drive you insane unless you're maybe nine and still skip home from school.

It's more than middling enough to get a Grammy nomination, but I don't mean that as a compliment.

Since Ricky performed at George W. Bush's inaugural party I prefer not to support his career by buying his product. Coming out of the closet shouldn't be a vehicle to get free publicity to sell your book & CD.

Ricky's first single after coming out -- a love duet with a girl? Um... I'm absolutely one who fully believes that gay artists should get to sing absolutely whatever the fuck they wanna sing, but I'm smart enough to know there's a major marketing plan behind this, and Ricky's producers are hoping to counter his newly gay image with a long-range hit in the Jason Mraz vein. It doesn't work. Ricky's voice is too full-throated and legit for the kind of light touch this sort of song needs, and the writing is just BAD. I wish him major success, and think his book will sell well, but I hope he can apply his newfound courage to the music he makes as well.

The song suprised me and isn't suprise good thing? I don't know...

Well, Mr. Closet has a single (that sucks) and a book to push.
Sorry Ricky where were you 10 years ago when I needed gay role models?
Oh right, lying and denying who you are.
PASS.

Hey Ricky,
The best thing about you is NOT that song!

"Life is short so make it what you wanna... make it good don't wait until manana"?!
Ummm... that is awful.

Boring. But what do I know, I can't stand 90% of what gets played on the radio. I think he knows he's up against the big conservative radio companies who have not had a good track record when it comes to playing openly gay men, hence the duet.

Be patient, one of the new songs features two men with their share of gay rumors. Here is leaked demo:

Good thing he still has that pretty face and body, because his ability to make good(or at least repeat/party worthy) music has clearly faded.

Glad to see I'm not the only hater. From the amount of regular exposure given to Ricky Martin on this blog, it's obvious that Andy *really* likes Ricky Martin and is kind of hoping that we will too. Short of a miracle, it's just not going to happen for me.
