New Jersey Panels Approve Country’s Toughest Anti-Bullying Bill


The New Jersey Senate and Assembly Education Committees passed a bill yesterday that, if passed by the full Assembly and Senate, will become the nation's toughest anti-bully law.

"This law would require anti-bullying programs in all public schools and training for staff."
