Brent, I think it is blue tape used to support a muscle injury.
It seems a post-win striptease is now a Djokovic trademark. An Armani competitor needs to sign him up for an an underwear endorsement like Nadal's!

The blue tape isn't for injury. It helps provide increased proprioception for the muscles - helps the muscles respond a millisecond faster to changes in position.
