Watch: Dr. James Madsen, U.S. Army Colonel and Mormon, Testifies for Marriage Equality in Maryland


Michael Madsen, one of our readers, sent us this clip of his father, a U.S. Army Colonel and combat veteran who was raised Mormon, testifying in favor of the marriage equality bill in front of the House Judiciary Committee on Friday.

  4. Great testimony from a very proud and loving father. He is to be commended for making the choice to love and stand by his son despite what must have been and continue to be very difficult pressures from his religious community.

    Love does conquer all. Again and again. ;-)
