'X Factor' Host Steve Jones Strips Down for Ellen: VIDEO

Ellen gave her audience an early furry Christmas gift by unwrapping X Factor host Steve Jones on her show. Jones, a former model, was happy to oblige.

Jones also talked about why he comes across as pushy on the show:

"I’m wearing an earpiece and there’s about five people screaming, ‘Shut Paula up. Shut her up now. Move on.’ I’m going to have hearing damage in this ear by the end of the series...I feel terrible because I feel on occasions I’m coming across as rude and abrupt and that’s really not me. I cherish every word that comes out of Paula...She just talks and talks and talks. Doesn’t she? Where is the off button on this woman? Off, next please. You know?”

  1. He may not be charismatic on TV, but I would take Steve Jones over Seacrest ANY DAY! I love the hairy chest!

  3. What a gorgeous tall drink of water hunk of man. I love hearing him talk, he's actually a natural for a sit-down talk show host job... plus he's got a bit of the British take-the-piss rather than American nicey-niceness

And special kudos to the homo on Ellen's crew who decided the promotional t-shirt should be a super low cut V-neck.

  6. emphasis on the "former" part of "Former Model"
The only thing I'd want to do is give him a sandwhich. He's just skin and bones. I like a bit of muscle on a man.

  7. Thanks, Andy!

This is just what I needed this morning.

Although, I agree with Jaykingofgay. Jones would look better if he hit the weights.

  8. He seemed stiff on the X Factor, nice to see him more relaxed, and yeah to his hairy chest.

  11. Being British ive been well aware of what his body looks like for some time. Im all the better for it. He has done at least one Attitude Magazine shoot.

  12. I hate to admit it, but unlike some of the desperate, lonely, aging queens around here, Tank doesn't have much time for television these days. So I take it this guy is on some show? He sure looks a whole heck of a lot like that tall closet case who used to be married to Fergie (not the redheaded druggie but the singer with the big legs). He sounds like he doesn't really like Paula Abdul so he can't be all that bad. He does seem a bit pushy and I can't take that faux Irish accent, but still, I'd hit that till the cows came home!

  13. Ryan Seacr... who? Steve is handsome, masculine and playful.

  14. He is from Whales and there is nothing "faux" about him. He just keeps getting sexxxier the older he gets.

  15. faux Irish accent...er he is welsh

  16. What is it with Ellen and all her flirtiness with men? Maybe she just realizes the hard fact that her audience consists primarily of straight women and so she caters to them. Or is she trying to "fit in" to straight society in some way? Or does she have a hidden feminist "revenge" agenda of objectifying men? (God knows she is not interested in looking at their bodies, herself, as the frown on her face in this instance demonstrates--LOL). Interesting phenomenon..

  17. Frown on her face? Really? Project much?

Perhaps the reason she does it is because her love for women doesn't preclude liking men. Perhaps she's actually well-adjusted, unlike some people. Perhaps not all people who prefer the same sex don't create an either-or paradigm, demonizing the other gender, unlike some people.

    >no name need be mentioned<

  18. Steve and his girlfriend were one of the teams playing the Monday night trivia game I hosted this week. They were very sweet and, frankly, I thought she was funnier. That said, he's as handsome in person as he is on tv.

  19. My oh my! What a sexy handsome MAN. To the fool who said he is skinny? The mans body and face are perfection! His GF is one lucky beatch :-)

  21. My goodness - you sad people act like you've never seen a good-looking man before. He's attractive, but not incredible.

  22. Steve Jones is soooooo fuckin SEXY!! Why, oh why, couldn't he be gay?! :(

  23. He is beautiful, no need for more muscles on him, i like a guy secure enough with himself that he doesnt NEED to spend everyday in the gym

    Posted by: Kyle | Dec 7, 2011 7:16:01 PM

  24. A little extra meat on his bones wouldn't hurt him at all but regardless he is a tall drink of something super tasty!! I would take him as his is and "beef him up" a bit to my liking! Yumm!
