Outpouring Of Support For Family Of Daniel Zamudio: VIDEO
All month long, Andy's been reporting on Daniel Zamudio, the Chilean gay man attacked by neo-Nazis; burned, cut, beaten, and left for dead in a parking lot with swastikas carved into his body. Zamudio persisted for weeks on life support before perishing on March 27th. On Friday he received a public funeral, and the streets of Santiago filled with friends.

In Daniel Zamudio family's moment of calm,
I hope they find peace in the fact that their
{grandson, son, brother, cousin, or nephew}
has made an impact in Chile
like no other 24 yr. old man in recent memory.
