  2. Whatever happened to Toby Maguire or whatever his name was? Did he get old too, or too old? Looks like most everyone else has in this one. I swear, when Hollywood says you're going to be old now, you are. Lots of nice effects though.

  3. @ UFFDA, they are already doing a reboot on spiderman, so we get to start over cast, new director,

  4. Joss Whedon on the too-soon reboot: "I realize that Tobey Maguire is in his declining years, and Sam Raimi is obviously too old to direct anything, so it makes sense. Wait, what?...Right now I’m working on the reboot of 'Battleship,' because Taylor Kitsch is a little old."

  5. They rebooted it to see if they could get more sales, since they were declining for the old series. I still think it's too soon, but the movie looks great.

  6. I wouldn't pay to see this unless someone put a gun to my head. Hands down the dumbest and most cynical thing Hollywood has done in a while. But it'll more than likely be a huge success.

  7. They're re-releasing Titanic, too. I don't even bother trying to find good American movies anymore.
