Mcbrayer

Conan O'Brien sent the most polite person he could think of, 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer, to the rudest hot dog stand in Chicago, The Wiener Circle.  After McBrayer was bullied by the staff, he returned with reinforcements.

  1. Uh, don't go to ghetto restaurants. Next to a "buy gold" store. GHETTO!

  2. Uh, The Wiener Circle is in Lincoln Park which is hardly the "ghetto" of Chicago, if anything it's one of the nicer parts.

That's just what they do, it's a ton of fun, but then maybe you just wouldn't get that with your not so subtle racism.

  7. After hearing about so many gay kids and suicide, I think every young gay child who is a victim of bullying should be allowed to work at a place like this for one day and learn from those employees how to fight back verbally and tell off the jerks at school. They would learn so many awesome comebacks and put-downs that NO ONE would pick on them.

  10. Mostly, that was just boring and stupid. Did the tall guy use the word "gay" in his insult somewhere between the minute and 1:15 mark, or did I mishear?

Actually, I think the not so subtle racism is the kind found at the Wiener's Circle.

  12. Hilarious,

The Elbow Room in Vancouver has the same schtik but with gay old queens.

  13. Oh my God, I want blue-haired lady on my side in a fight. She could drive Satan to tears.

This was so much fun. But it does scream for a rematch between Triumph the Comic Dog and Latrice Royale.

Uh, don't give up so quickly, GUEST. I'm sure you can find a spot where the men's room has a glory hole in the stall.

  18. @Anthony I thought that too but then I listened again and I think he is calling one of the guys a "gangbanger"

  20. Um "guest", do .3 seconds of research. WC is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chicago. And it's just a shtick like Ed Debevic's.

  23. It must be tough being a nice and polite black person and get past the stereotypes. Especially when stereotypes are everywhere to be seen.
