  1. Washington is our best hope by far, and it will be very close.

  2. The real thought that this State, my State, might actually win marriage equality makes me shudder with emotion. Such a level of social change for the better is rarely experienced in a single lifetime.
    It will change my life.

  3. Help us Obi-Wan-k-Washington, you are our only hope. One does hope a progressive state like Washington will have full civil equality for all its citizens. It won't be for lack of money, nor effort, nor hard working volunteers and staff.

  4. We each can do something to help here. For instance, here's ten things that come to mind -

    1. Ask our friends & family to vote to Approve Referendum 74

    2. Remind our friends & family to turn in their vote-by-mail ballots sooner rather than later

    3. Write a letter to the editor of a local newspaper, explaining the importance of marriage equality and freedom to marry

    4. Wear a t-shirt or campaign button that encourages people to Approve r-74

    5. Vote for LGBT-friendly candidates, who will uphold the marriage equality law in the legislature

    6. Find your local Washington United for Marriage office and bring food for the volunteers

    7. Talk about your support for marriage equality on Facebook and Twitter (So join & expand the conversation)

    8. Attend a Washington United for Marriage phonebank, and explain to voters why they should Approve R-74 in this election

    9. Put a bumper sticker on your car, or yardsign, which urges voters to "Approve 74" (We need the visibility)

    10. Make a donation to today so that we can keep our advertisements on TV
