Ian McKellen Tells Stephen Colbert There's a Gay 'Hobbit' Sequel in the Works: VIDEO


Stephen Colbert interviewed Sir Ian McKellen alst night and told him that he has a problem with McKellen's gay rights advocacy.

"Here's my beef with you...You don't just make gay seem acceptable...You make it seem heroic. Are you the sharp knifepoint of the gay agenda trying to brainwash our children?"

McKellen says there's a Hobbit sequel in the works called Gandalf the Gay in which he reveals his favorite dwarf. He also reveals who would win in a battle between Gandalf and Magneto.

  2. I remember hearing Elijah Wood saying that one of the "benefits" of making the Lord of the Rings was that he "appeared" in on-line gay porn with some of the other hobbits. Perhaps it should be Frodo the f@ggot!

  5. @Matt: You can take it two ways. (1) An alternative gay sequel (2) Since the director likes to do things in threes, the second flick in the trilogy.

  6. I never understood Colbert. Is he conservative or liberal or just trying to be controversial to be funny? I have never found him to be funny at all. I just don't get his schtick (if you can call it that?)

  7. @avalos Stephen Colbert is a liberal comedian, who essentially plays a conservative pundit character also called Stephen Colbert. His entire persona on the show and most public appearances is satirically poking fun at conservatives.
