CNN has always been a favorite target of mockery for Jon Stewart and Jeff Zucker's "new" CNN with its holographic goats and reenacted stabbings are pure gold.

  1. I hate this. Jon, don't shame CNN for trying to make news more entertaining without resorting to cheap partisan politics like the other "news" networks.

  2. Andy, you should post Stephen Colbert's take-down of Jeremy Irons gay marriage comments.

  3. I think he was rather spot on... he did not name them as left or right, just 'down'...

  4. Spot on target, Jon. All the cable news networks are pathetic, some just more than others. Don't watch any of them.

  5. I really can't stand Jon Stewart. Yelling as comedy lived and died with Sam Kinison. This guy just points out the obvious - loudly.

  6. Once again, Stewart nails it. CNN is BARELY a half step up from the douchefest known as Huffington Post Live.

  7. Jake Tapper's new show is good. Reliable Sources is a can't miss. I don't mind the revamped CNN.

  8. The only news show worth the time is the PBS News Hour. Civilized, intelligent discussion of the issues. The only thing I wish is that NPR could be a TV show.

  9. I like Jom Stewart and I like CNN. Unlike ALL of the Fox shows and some of the MSNBC shows CNN doesn't seem to be wedded to a particular political party.
