The Russian Parliament continues to demonstrate it's hatred of the LGBT community as it has now banned same-sex foreign couples from adopting Russian children. A Councilwoman in Dallas is outraged that an HIV prevention billboard would present gays as "acceptable" and one of the Duggar children is going to make bigotry his new profession.
