Sally Kern Weighs in as Oklahoma Tribe Hosts Third Gay Marriage: 'I Find It Kind of Sad' — VIDEO

The state of Oklahoma saw its third same-sex marriage on Thursday night on native American land when Darren Black Bear, a member of the Arapaho Cheyenne tribe, married his partner of 9 years, Jason Pickel. They were married by Darren's father, who marched in the civil rights marches with MLK Jr.

The ceremonies are sending the state's most well-known bigots into a tizzy.

Lawmaker Sally "gays are worse than terrorists" Kern resurfaced to weigh in:

"I find it kind of sad that this tribe is not willing to recognize what 75 percent of the voters of Oklahoma declared years ago, that marriage is a union between one man and one woman. Those of us who are Christians, who believe the Bible, are we going to have to give that up to satisfy the minority group that wants to redefine marriage...They can love whomever they want, there’s no laws right now that prevents two people of the same sex from living together.

  1. She says there are no laws "right now" that prohibit who you can love. What may Ms. Kern be planning?

  2. I find her little kitschy crib statue with the oversized baby kind of sad. But I'm not going to cry about it.

  3. It doesn't get sadder than Sally Kern, a live dedicated to hate.

  6. Yes Sally you old hag, Oklahoma does have to give up its Bible.....because the Constitution gives equal rights to all......not just white, dumb christianists.

And no Sally, you dullard, civil rights are not determined by your one-book, creed or any other one0book creed, whether Koran, Mormon, Dianetics

  7. I read people in this tribe are trying to now vote on same-sex marriage being legal within the tribe and that many are angry at what they see as undue attention being brought onto them and that they were taken advantage of. Oklahoma is awful but I'm very happy for Darren and Jason. 9 years and counting, wish them the very best as a now married couple!

  8. Yes, Sally, you Christians, who believe the Bible, will have to give up using the power of state government to force your religion on the people of the state of Oklahoma, and on the indigenous peoples residing therein.

    Because that's America.

  9. I find it kind of sad that no one has gotten around to shooting that crazy b!tch Sally Kern in the face.

  10. " Those of us who are Christians, who believe the Bible, are we going to have to give that up to satisfy the minority group that wants to redefine marriage..." She needs to read that bible she says she believes in. The bible DOES NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM define marriage as between one man and one woman. Period. Moses had how many wives???

  11. "...right now..."?

    Mmm hmmm. Got it!

  12. Sally, if we left all issues and choices to fearful bigots, our world would be filled with sadness and democracy would be a thing of the past. For god's sake, just be tolerant - you will feel better inside and the world will be better for it.

  13. Religion = Fear & Hate...always has...always will. Period.

  14. should it even matter to anyone what this old slag thinks?

  15. As a person with Cherokee in his family background I find it insulting that this horrid person feels the need to push her Christian values upon the Arapaho Cheyenne tribe. She is dead wrong on this as the settlers already tried to wipe out the non-Christian native Americans with their Christian values of convert or die. This is yet another reason I will never touch a bible and class Christianity as another divisive religion. When will the religious get the f*ck outta peoples lives when it is not invited.

  16. I think it's kind of sad that troglodytes like Sally Kern think that we give two shits about what she thinks.

  17. Poor, Sally. Wait till there is federal equality. If she's not dead yet, it'll kill her. Something to look forward to ...

  18. I know, Sally, it's a pity we just didn't kill off all the Indians when we stole their land from them.

  19. Dear God, She's living on THEIR land and she can't even respect THEIR culture? Talk about inhospitality, which is one of the most grievous sins according to HER Bible!

  20. There's so much we can learn from native americans who've tried to preserve their own ways. Good for them. We really need some kind cultural role models in this greedy, gun-totin' country.
Here's what columbus wrote to queen isabella about some of the first indians he met... the tainos in the bahamas:
They traded with us and gave us everything they had, with good will...they took great delight in pleasing us..They are very gentle and without knowledge of what is evil; nor do they murder or steal...Your highness may believe that in all the world there can be no better people...They love their neighbours as themselves, and they have the sweetest talk in the world, and are gentle and always laughing.

  23. Dear Sally,

F**k your christianity. F**k you christians. To hell with all of you evangelical scum.

  24. She doesn't have to give up her Christianity, she just has to mind her own freakin' business when it comes to other peoples' lives.

  25. I find it disgusting that that anti-freedom, anti-American blood thirsty whore thinks it is legal to violate the 1st and 14th amendment rights of that tribe and anybody else who doesn't and BY LAW do not have to and cannot be forced to adhere to, as per American law and valued, her religious beliefs.
