  3. People get sickin cold weather from spending more time indoors wherethe air is often contaminated and poorly circulated. Also from closehuman contact in such environments, sick people taking overthe counter meds to subdue their illness symptoms, they going outand mingling with unsick peopleat work,etc. This how illnesses are passed along. What I described above also is common in climates where it gets oppressively hot for extended periods, like southern U.S. states. People spend a lot of time indoors under these conditions,going from an AC home to an AC car to an AC work,store,etc.

    Cold or cool environment is healthier than a hot climate. Diseases incubate and thrive in hot climates.
