John Travolta Explains The 'Adele Dazeem' Incident: VIDEO

Last night's Oscars took an opportune moment to mock last year's legendary John Travolta flub: when he introduced Idina Menzel as  'Adele Dazeem'.

Menzel came out at this year's show and introduced Travolta as 'Glom Gazingo' before he came out and perplexed the audience once again by playing with her chin for a long time.

Well, Jimmy Kimmel cleared everything up on his post-Oscar show.

"Apparently I played with her chin too much," Travolta said, before explaining the entire 'Adele Dazeem' incident from beginning to end. And according to Travolta, the whole thing was actually Goldie Hawn's fault.

Goldie Hawn Talks About Her Handshake with the 'Barbaric' Nigerian President: VIDEO

Goldie Hawn sat down with HuffPost Live at Davos to talk about how horrified she was when she realized, after posting a photo of a handshake with Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan to Twitter earlier this week, how "barbaric" his policies toward LGBT people are.

Hawn says she was uninformed about the anti-gay law that Jonathan had recently signed into law and said that the photo "had every right to cause an uproar."

Added Hawn: "It breaks my heart because I have my own personal feelings about this. This is man's inhumanity to man of the first order....It's more than ridiculous, it's barbaric."

Goldie Hawn Regrets Handshake with 'Hateful' Nigerian President

Yesterday, actress Goldie Hawn tweeted a photo from the World Economic Forum at Davos in which she shook the hand of Nigeria's President Goodluck Jonathan.

Said Hawn in the tweet: "Met the wonderful President of Nigeria".

Hawn was quickly informed of the heinous anti-gay oppression Jonathan has inflicted on the country's gay and lesbians population with his signing of a new law criminalizing gay unions and gay organizations. Dozens have been arrested across the country and are facing trials in Shariah Courts, where homosexuality is a possible death sentence.

The tweet has been removed amid a flurry of responses from Hawn expressing her regret and embarrassment over the photo.
