Tea Party Leader Concocts Elaborate Gay Fantasy About Obama: VIDEO

Corsi

NYT bestselling author and Tea Party conspiracy theorist Jerome Corsi is out with a brand new piece of paranoid propaganda in which he tries to build the case that he was 'gay-married' to his Harvard Pakistani roommate:

His Pakistani roommate, whom we also went to Pakistan with, from Occidental, seems to have been, take a look at pictures of he and his roommate together, Obama had all these roommate pictures, seems to be sitting about on the guy’s lap. I’ve not seen a lot of roommate pictures where two guys are that chummy. The issue is again, not an issue that we want to raise in terms of criticizing the homosexuality or the bisexuality or whatever Obama’s true inclinations are, the issue is why does he have to lie about this too.

Sarah Palin At The Right Online 'New Media' Conference: VIDEO

PalinRightOnline

It would take a long, long essay to untangle all the inaccuracies in Sarah Palin's headlining address at the Right Online conference this weekend. (The most glaring, to this viewer, has to do with Barack Obama's energy policies, which have resulted in unprecedented energy independence for the United States -- but never mind.) Suffice it to say: This is a woman who, despite having once majored in journalism, was incapable of naming an American newspaper less than five years ago, and who is now speaking authoritatively to a roomful of adulateurs about the future of media.

What's heartbreaking about Palin's address is the way she bluntly discounts the Americanness of those who disagree with her, and especially those who've actually taken to the street to protest voice those disagreements -- say, when she visited Wisconsin to support embattled governor Scott Walker. Dissenters aren't people to be engaged: they're savage, sex-and-violence crazed thugs who must be combatted and expelled from the American conversation. It's internet-troll logic, improbably elevated into the highest heights of American political discourse.

And then there's this moment of pure class, during which Palin excoriates the American media for failing to "vet" Barack Obama in 2008:

Why did they at least not read his autobiography? They’d have a learned a whole lot. They’d have learned a whole lot, and not just about that pot smoking and that cocaine snorting and what he ate -- Fido, Rufus. I think it is funny that the cocktail circuit circus gives me a hard time for eating elk and moose, but come on. There’s a difference. Anybody here have a pet moose? There’s a difference.

... except it's not the "cocktail party" circuit, and it's certainly not President Obama. It's the tabloids. And by having a go at Fido and coke, she's joined their cause.

ROADICON Do some Egyptians really want to legalize postmortem intercourse? Now it's unclear:

Alleged proposals to allow Egyptian husbands to legally have sex with their dead wives for up to six hours after their death have been branded a 'complete nonsense'.

The controversial new 'farewell intercourse' law was claimed, in Arab media, to be part of a raft of measures being introduced by the Islamist-dominated parliament.

... The initial report, published on reputable English language website alarabiya.net, claimed Egypt's National Council for Women was reportedly campaigning against the changes.

It said the group said that 'marginalising and undermining the status of women would negatively affect the country's human development'.

Dr Mervat al-Talawi, head of the NCW, wrote to the Egyptian People’s Assembly Speaker Dr Saad al-Katatni addressing her concerns.

Egyptian journalist Amro Abdul Samea reported in the al-Ahram newspaper that Talawi complained about the legislations which are being introduced under 'alleged religious interpretations'.

The subject of a husband having sex with his dead wife arose in May 2011 when Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari said marriage remains valid even after death.

He also said that women have the right to have sex with her dead husband.

ROADICON Priest in porn probe departs parish:

An Irish priest at the center of a gay porn controversy has asked to leave his parish and take sabbatical leave from the priesthood, he said Sunday.

Father Martin McVeigh has admitted he destroyed a memory stick containing "inappropriate imagery" ahead of a church investigation into reports he accidentally showed pictures of naked men to parents of children preparing for their First Holy Communion.

The incident happened at the start of a PowerPoint presentation at a grade school in Pomeroy, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland in March, said the leader of the Catholic Church in Ireland, Cardinal Sean Brady.

Parents said in a statement they were "horrified" by what they saw and called for action to be taken against the priest.

The church reported the incident to police, who said no crime had been committed.

ROADICON The Williams Institute investigates "racial" diversity among same-sex couples:

Newly released Census 2010 data, analyzed by the UCLA School of Law’s Williams Institute, highlight unique aspects of racial and ethnic diversity within same-sex couples. They are more likely than their different-sex counterparts to be interracial or interethnic, and couples that include a racial or ethnic minority are more likely to be raising children. Fully a third of same-sex couples that include an Hispanic partner are raising children.

“This is our first 2010 glimpse of the racial and ethnic compositions of U.S. households headed by couples, including same-sex couples,” said Gary Gates, Williams Distinguished Scholar at UCLA School of Law’s Williams Institute. “The new Census data help provide a fuller picture of the diversity within the LGBT community,” said Gates

The US Census Bureau recently released the research brief Households and Families: 2010, which includes data on the racial and ethnic compositions of households headed by couples in the United States, including same-sex couples.

ROADICON The new, improved Tea Party:

... it isn't the kind of activity that makes the press," Fabretti continued. "I mean, when you put 5,000 people at an event, you know, everybody shows up with their cameras. You have 10 meetings with different legislators on [Capitol] Hill -- nobody knows about it."

Higher Education Dangerous, Says Rick Santorum: VIDEO

Screen Shot 2012-02-25 at 10.55.02 PM copy
Yesterday in Troy, Michigan, Rick Santorum explained why kids shouldn't go to college. There, liberal professors "indoctrinate" them, and "remake" them in the image of Barack Obama. This, apparently, is the only reason Barack Obama wants kids to pursue higher education. Says Santorum: "What a snob!"

Former SNL cast member-turned Tea-bot Victoria Jackson is so insane even the nutjobs at 'FOX & Friends' don't even know what to do with her.

"I'm so happy the Christians are hiring me because the left in Hollywood doesn't use me anymore," says Jackson, spewing a barrage of Tea Party memes about Obama being a socialist before launching into a diatribe against same-sex marriage:

"Marriage between a man and a woman is the pillar of society. Children grow up happy and confident when they have a....you know, God invented it!"
