RAT UPDATE

After much himming and hawing, I have decided to stay the night in my apartment. My good friend Christian returned with me tonight and we did a thorough check of every nook and cranny. We didn’t turn up any droppings, just a small mishapen and emacited dawrf with bug eyes who insisted on calling us Precious. However, the change in garbage service here in WeHo looks like it has the makings of a major mini-scandal. A friend told me his sixty year old landlord actually blocked a garbage truck with his car and told them he wasn’t budging until they removed the trash from his building. Since West Hollywood didn’t have the authority to give out gay marriage liscences San Francisco-style, I guess clogged trash chutes and organized rodents will have to serve as our scandal du jour. More interesting posts than this one to come, I promise.
