I’m sorry I’ve missed the story of Rashawn Brazell, a 19-year-old aspiring fashion designer who was murdered, dismembered, and dumped in a subway tunnel in Brooklyn. I received an email a few days ago asking about this story and was surprised I hadn’t heard about it, however, this may be one explanation.
Brazell told his mother that he was going to look for a job when he left home and disappeared last month, but others say he was going to meet someone — a boyfriend, a date, or an online hook-up. It’s still not clear. What is clear to me is the lack of attention this case, with so many unanswered questions, has received.
