According to Bloomberg, Provincetown property has shot to $1,500/sq. ft. as demand outstrips supply, and single family home prices surged 50% last month to $850,000.
“Provincetown is the second-priciest gay-friendly U.S. resort area, topped by Florida’s Key West, which has a median price of $1.1 million, according to Century 21 Prestige Realty Group in the Old Town part of the southernmost U.S. city. The Cherry Grove area of New York’s Fire Island has a median price of $575,000 and California’s Palm Springs is $371,390.”
