It’s an idea being thrown around by VA’s Democrats. They think Affleck may be a good choice to run against Senator George Allen next year. The Washington Post reports that Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been shopping for real estate in the Charlottesville area. Affleck’s spokesman Ken Sunshine said, “He would be a superb candidate for public office in the future. Right now, he’s very busy directing his first feature movie for Disney, ‘Gone, Baby, Gone.’ “
